True Pump Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Merchandise will only be accepted if it is in clean and re-sellable condition. (Must include packaging)
Used or installed items may be subject to inspection and restocking fees.
Custom cut liner, opened water treatments, and special order items cannot be returned.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
